For over 50 years, the Ottawa Meditation Circle of Self-Realization Fellowship has held weekly group meditations, kirtans (devotional chanting), social gatherings, and other activities based upon the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda.

Our purpose is to share and practice the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda, to welcome all to a sanctuary of Peace with which to help balance meditation and activity in daily life, and to provide spiritual support to one another through group meditation.

We hold regular meditation services, commemorative meditation services, long meditations, silent retreats, and social events. (Please visit the Meditate with us section for the up-to-date schedule)

The Circle is run by volunteers and we warmly welcome you to join our community.
All activities are free. Because we are completely volunteer-supported we have free-will donation boxes at our meditation services.

All our meditation services are open to the public and all sincere seekers are welcome. ​
