The Ottawa Meditation Circle of Self-Realization Fellowship (SRF) offers regular Meditation Services that are open to the public (see calendar below).

All are welcome to attend. You do not need any background in meditation to attend our services, although it is helpful to study the meditation techniques provided in the SRF Lessons. If no techniques are known, silently call on God in the language of your heart.

There is no charge for attending our services. However, because we are completely volunteer-supported, there is a donation box for those who may wish to help cover our operating expenses and which also allows us to assist in the worldwide humanitarian work of SRF.

LOCATION:

• 227 Elgin St, Ottawa (Knox Presbyterian Church)

• Pedestrian access across the street from Harvey's, via the side-door at the back of the church's garden.

• Plan to arrive early, doors close 5 minutes before the service starts.

 

***Services marked with (Location: NEPEAN) are held at 84 Forestview Crescent, Nepean. You may join Nepean meditation services every hour on the hour during chanting breaks.***

ACCESSIBILITY:

PARKING:

• City Hall underground parking ($2 max after 6:00 pm on weekdays and all day on weekends)

• Street parking is available in neighboring streets.
